We can store your bricks until you are ready to take delivery of them for you construction project – even if your project is not due to commence for a year or two.
Brickhotel for delayed construction start
At Gamle Mursten we are aware that when a building is demolished and the bricks tested and cleaned, it is not always possible to reuse them in the new construction immediately.
That is why we offer storage of bricks at our brickhotel, so that the bricks are ready when the construction commences – even if that isn’t for another, or three, years. This way, we ensure that your bricks remain in optimal condition until they can be given new life again in a future construction.
Shared resource bank
Gamle Mursten offers storage of recycled bricks to our customers. We can offer storage to the individual customer, but we can also help establish a common warehouse for several, so that the pallets of bricks can be a common resource bank for official bodies, builders or others who can use the bricks for the next construction project.
If for example a builder has more bricks than required for a project, then someone else can take over the bricks through the resource bank and in this way get the construction resources back into circulation faster.
