Personal data policy

We process personal data in our daily work and have adopted this policy on the processing of this personal data. Gamle Mursten is the data controller, and we ensure that personal data is processed in accordance with the law.

When and how is personal data collected?

In relation to customers and the establishment of customer relationships, we only collect personal data that our customers make available to or provide to us.

In relation to job applications, we collect personal data that the job applicant provides to us.

Personal data is all kinds of information that can be attributed to you to some extent.

 
 

 

 

 

 

What information is collected for what purpose?

We only collect and process personal data that is relevant and necessary in relation to the tasks agreed with the customer.

In addition, legislation may determine which personal data it is necessary to collect and process.

We ensure that the personal data we process about customers is not incorrect, incomplete or misleading.

We also ensure that personal data is updated on an ongoing basis to the extent relevant. In order to ensure updated personal data, we ask the customer to inform us of relevant changes in data.

Who has access to data?

Customer data is available to employees employed by Gamle Mursten.

We disclose and transfer personal data to partners and suppliers if necessary to fulfill the agreement we have entered into with the customer.

However, we do not disclose personal data for use in their marketing or similar.

How is data stored and protected?

We have adopted internal rules on information security, which contain instructions and measures that protect personal data against destruction, loss, unauthorized disclosure, and against unauthorized access or knowledge of them.

All employees are subject to a duty of confidentiality, and we have established procedures for granting access rights to those of our employees who process personal data.

To avoid data loss, we regularly back up our data sets. We regularly ensure that our IT equipment is updated and have installed appropriate security measures.

We use subcontractors as data processors to a limited extent. In these cases, we ensure that we have entered into necessary data processing agreements that ensure the correct processing of personal data.

In the event of a security breach that results in a high risk for the customer of discrimination, ID theft, financial loss, or other significant disadvantage, we will notify the customer of the security breach as soon as possible.

When is data deleted?

The information we have collected will be stored in the common interest for as long as we deem necessary, however, taking into account the legislation.

Personal data in connection with customer relationships will be stored for 10 years, unless the customer requests deletion earlier.

Data from job applicants is deleted immediately after the recruitment procedure is complete, unless we have received consent from the applicant to store the data for a longer period.

How do people access their data?

The customer has the right at any time to be informed about what data we process about him/her, where it comes from and what we use it for.

The customer also has the right, at any time, to have incorrect data updated by us.

The customer has the right to object to our processing of personal data. If the customer’s objection is justified, we will stop the processing and delete the customer’s data, unless we are legally obliged to store it.

Collection of your general personal information:

As part of the conclusion of an agreement on: trading in bricks, wall shells, auxiliary materials and other materials naturally associated with these as well as consultancy services, Gamle Mursten ApS, GM Vægsystemer ApS and GM Tech ApS process a number of general personal data (name, address, e-mail, etc.) concerning you, and we must therefore provide you with a number of information in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation.

Gamle Mursten ApS, GM Vægsystemer ApS, GM Tech ApS are so-called “data controllers”.

We process your personal data for the purpose of:

submit offers, invoice orders, draw up a cooperation agreement and in connection therewith, fulfill our obligations towards you, in a trade regarding our products and services.

As mentioned, we only process general information about you. The processing is carried out partly in accordance with Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b of the Data Protection Regulation, because the processing of information is necessary for the execution of the above-mentioned offers/agreements, etc.

In addition, the processing is carried out in accordance with Article 6, paragraph 1, letter of the same Regulation, as the processing is necessary for us to prepare offers, sell goods, etc. to you, and in connection therewith, to comply with legislation, including within taxes, duties, accounting, etc.

Disclosure of your personal data:

Your personal data will be passed on or entrusted to freight companies, subcontractors, partners when necessary for the fulfillment of the agreement we have entered into, as well as public authorities, if necessary according to the law – e.g. to SKAT during their inspection visit.

Gamle Mursten ApS, GM Vægsystemer ApS, GM Tech ApS will store/save your personal data: as a general rule for 10 years from the last contact, this with a view to developing our cooperation.

In addition, we store the information to comply with the rules on limitation of property claims, as well as in accordance with the provisions of the Danish Accounting Act.

Personal data – Information for job applicants

When you apply for a job with us, we receive your personal data.

How is your data stored and protected?

Your data is only stored by HR staff.

This means that we ensure access restrictions so that your data does not fall into the hands of unauthorized persons.

When is your data deleted?

We generally delete the information we have collected or received from you immediately.

If you apply for a job that we have advertised, your data will be stored until the recruitment procedure has been completed, after which it will be deleted.

If you apply for a job unsolicited, your data will be deleted immediately after we have read your application.

If we assess that we want to store your data for possible future use, we will obtain a declaration of consent from you. This will state how long we will store your information.
