Nimbus Park in Frederiksberg is an area rich in history; formerly known for the production of Nimbus motorcycles and Nilfisk vacuum cleaners. The old industrial buildings have now been replaced by modern construction, including dormitories for the Nimbus College. The dormitories are built with Gamle Mursten’s recycled bricks in several shades, including red, yellow machine-cleaned and patinated red bricks. The architecture, characterised by the large recessed windows and the minimalist, yet monumental, design that highlights the colors and structure of the brickwork. The bricks used are CE-marked, ensuring their quality and durability.
