Cph Pulse is a state-of-the-art office on Havneholmen.
Skanska is behind the exciting project and the building is the first office building in Copenhagen to be pre-certified to Platinum in DGNB.
With a responsible approach to material use and architecture, Gamle Murstens’ red machine-cleaned recycled bricks, and light yellow brick slips are used.
The numbers are impressive; we have delivered 96,000 whole recycled bricks and 260,000 brick slips to the project.
Columns clad in Gamle Murstens’ red machine-cleaned stone extend from the ground floor to the first floor, and at ground level the columns are an integral part of the interior.
The facade is clad with a so-called “masterpetring” against the concrete elements; this is where Gamle Murstens’ recycled shells come into play.
Holscher Norberg Architecture and Planning is the architectural firm behind Cph Pulse and the building completes the development of Havneholmen that began more than 20 years ago. The building is expected to be completed in 2025.
